The elephant in the womb
Isn't this picture wonderful? These pictures of a baby elephant in utero have been posted in a number of places over the past couple of weeks (I can't believe I'm about to link the Daily [hawk, spit] Mail website, but here's another great shot).
But Mere Comments is the first site I've come across to mention the Great Unmentionable Point that sprang to mind immediately upon seeing this picture: if that's a baby elephant in there, then why is this only a "foetus"?
